Program Management – Large Scale Transformational Change

Principal Program Management Consultants

Based in Sydney, these Principal Consultant roles are part of Frazer Walker’s growing Program and Transformational Change practice.

This is an opportunity for experienced program managers to work as part of the Frazer Walker team to help lead and deliver transformational change programs with our clients.

What we are looking for from you

You will be an experienced program manager, who has lead large transformational change programs in one of the following industry sectors:

• Insurance
• Banking & Wealth Management

You bring a pragmatic approach and a collaborative, consultative approach to how you work with clients. You will be comfortable working with C-level stakeholders and program sponsors.

You will be familiar with industry best practice approaches to program management such as MSP and how to apply Agile at scale on large multi-stream programs.

Programs will involve business transformation (e.g. mergers, new products and channels) as well as transformation of the enabling technology and core platforms.

A track record in senior level management and program management experience, combined with management consulting is preferred.
